1. The status of Euroteam AS and the Buyer.
Euroteam AS (“Euroteam” or “we”) is a company which buys and sells tickets and guest packs (“Tickets”) for sports and cultural events and tours (“Event”) on the second hand market. Euroteam is not linked to official organisers, stadiums or ticket sales offices, unless specified. If you (“the Buyer” or “you”) want to buy Tickets direct from an organiser, stadium or ticket office, you must do so yourself.
This agreement governs the purchase of Tickets by businesses (corporate) or consumers (private). For purchase by consumers, the provisions in these terms of agreement will only apply as the terms do not contravene the law.
2. Agreement documents.
By clicking the “Confirm” button, you enter into a binding agreement for the purchase or sale of Tickets.
The agreement (“Agreement”) consists of: (i) The order confirmation, (ii) the order, (iii) Organiser’s Terms (iv) Euroteam’s general terms (this document (and) and (v) other information taken from www.euroteam.net concerning the purchase and sale of tickets. In the event of conflict between the above documents, they apply in the stated order of priority.
The Buyer accepts to be bound by the Organiser’s Terms at all times. Please note that such Organiser’s Terms can be subject to change. Euroteam will endeavour to keep updated Organiser’s Terms available at www.euroteam.net.
3. Ticket delivery.
Euroteam undertakes to deliver Tickets in accordance with this Agreement. Delivery can be performed by Euroteam, or a third party acting on behalf of Euroteam, sending the tickets to the address given by the Buyer. The Buyer must inform Euroteam of any changes in the delivery address. Euroteam can ask the Buyer to collect the tickets at a location chosen by Euroteam in or near the town where the event is to take place. If the Buyer collects the Tickets once delivery costs have been paid, delivery costs will be refunded.
Upon delivery, risk for the tickets (including for loss, damage or theft) passes to the Buyer. Delivery is made when the Tickets arrive at the address given by the Buyer. Alternatively, delivery is made when the Tickets arrive at the location from which they are to be collected, or, if the Buyer is a consumer, when the Buyer is notified that the Tickets are ready for collection.
If the Organiser’s Terms require an ID check, Euroteam can demand that the Buyer provides a copy of the credit card used to place the order or a copy of the Buyer’s identification papers (e.g. passport) after the order is placed. Euroteam reserves the right to withhold Tickets ordered until satisfactory documentation is received.
The Buyer shall ensure receipt of the Tickets. If necessary, the Buyer is to contact the postal service, carrier or other person responsible for delivery to ensure the Tickets will be received. Euroteam cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to lack of contact, failure to provide information by the Buyer or lack of collaboration as described above.
Euroteam shall state a date for delivery or collection of the Tickets. Such dates are for information purposes only. Euroteam reserves the right to deliver the Tickets in good time on the same day of the Event without this constituting breach of agreement, providing doing so does not incur serious inconvenience for the Buyer. If the Tickets have not been supplied by such a date, the provisions stated in section 6 become effective.
These inform the Buyer that Euroteam is not necessarily in possession of the Tickets ordered on the day the Agreement was made. In the event Euroteam does not have the Tickets ordered in its possession, it will endeavour to obtain them on a secondary market after the Agreement is made and in accordance with all other provisions of the Agreement.
4. Prices and Payment.
The Buyer shall pay the ticket price stated in the Agreement and any fees in addition and which the Buyer has been informed of. Payment must be made in full by no later than the date stated on the invoice or order confirmation. Payment via invoice can also be used. If payment by instalment is chosen, instalments will be retained by Euroteam even if the remaining instalments are not paid.
According to Norwegian law, Euroteam must inform and the Buyer must acknowledge that the ticket price stated in the Agreement will in most instances include payment for services in addition to the face value or Euroteam’s price for the ticket. The price for a Ticket is usually much higher than the Ticket’s face value. This supplementary amount covers Euroteam’s costs linked to purchase of the tickets on a secondary market, plus a margin for our work and difficulties linked to purchase of the Tickets for the most popular and sold-out events.
Payment for any delivery charges will be in addition to Euroteam’s price for the Tickets.
If the Buyer uses a debit or credit card for payment, the card will be authorized immediately or rejected. If the card is authorized, prepayment will be executed by deducting the amount from the card when it is confirmed that Euroteam is in possession of the ordered tickets, or when its predominantly likely that tickets will be delivered, such as after a confirmation or agreement with a sub-supplier.
5. Guarantee.
If Euroteam is unable to deliver tickets in accordance with the Agreement, Euroteam shall refund 200% of the price paid to the Buyer for the Tickets ordered and not delivered, although a refund cannot exceed EUR 200 per Agreement or Buyer.
Example: if the Buyer has bought tickets according to the Agreement for 150 EURO, the guarantee above will give the Buyer 300 EURO in refund. If the Buyer has bought tickets according to the Agreement for 400 EURO, the guarantee will give the Buyer a refund of 600 EURO.
6. Cancellation.
In accordance with the Act to repent a sale of goods, the Buyer is not entitled to rescind or cancel the Purchase. Should the Buyer cancel or in any way not use the tickets, the amount paid will not be refunded (with the exception of instances as regulated in sections 6 and 9). Similarly if the Buyer wants to cancel, Euroteam can opt to either refund up to 50% of the amount paid if the Tickets are not supplied to the Buyer or if the Tickets are returned by the Buyer. Such cancellation must be in writing and shall be confirmed in writing by Euroteam.
7. Duplicate orders.
Duplicate orders for the same Tickets from different Buyers can arise as a result of offline orders via phone or due to orders being placed whilst system maintenance is being performed. In the event of duplicate orders, Euroteam can annul the duplicate order. In such instances, Euroteam will notify the Buyer within 48 hours, providing Euroteam has the Buyer’s contact details. The Buyer’s buying authorisation will be cancelled and no charge will be made.
8. Cancelled, changed or postponed Events.
The Buyer has been informed that Euroteam is not linked to the Event and has no control over its execution. If an Event is cancelled, Euroteam reserves the right to cancel the Agreement. Private Buyers can claim a refund of 100% of the amount paid for Tickets for such an Event in addition to delivery costs. Corporate Buyers can claim a refund of 50 % of the amount paid for Tickets for such an Event in addition to delivery costs.
If an Event is partially cancelled, the Agreement remains in force, and the Buyer shall pay the price specified in the Agreement. The above will not apply if the cancelled element represents the major portion of the Event. In such instances, the Buyer can claim a refund as specified above. If the Buyer does not claim a refund, the Agreement will remain unaltered, including the Buyer’s obligation to pay.
If an Event is postponed for less than 48 hours, the Agreement remains in force, and the Buyer shall pay the price specified in the Agreement. The above will not apply if the Event is postponed for more than 48 hours. In such instances, the Buyer can claim a refund as specified above. If the Buyer does not claim a refund, the Agreement will remain unaltered, including the Buyer’s obligation to pay.
If the Tickets include extra services, e.g. guest pack, hotel room and/or home delivery, Euroteam reserves the right to change such services if a third party supplier changes those services it supplies to Euroteam, providing such changes do not incur any major inconvenience to the Buyer. Euroteam can offer alternative extra services as compensation for the originals (correction/re-delivery). Updated details of such extra services can be found at: www.euroteam.net.
Euroteam divides Tickets for Events into four different categories. Categorisation is based on those categories the Event’s organisers have used, the face value of the Tickets and location of seats. Euroteam’s categories are not always identical with those used by the organiser, and the Buyer accepts that Euroteam can supply tickets which differ from the organiser’s category without it being perceived as breach of agreement. If the Buyer received Tickets which belong to a lower category than that ordered, the Buyer can demand a reduction in price, based on Euroteam category prices. For example: Euroteam’s current price for an event is 300 EUR for cat. 1 and 200 EUR for cat. 2. The Buyer orders a cat. 1 ticket, but receives a cat. 2 ticket. In such an instance, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of EUR 100 from Euroteam.
9. Refunds from Euroteam.
The Buyer can state where he/she wants to sit by stating section when ordering. Euroteam will endeavour to supply the Tickets for those places the Buyer wants, but cannot guarantee them. The Buyer accepts that Euroteam can supply tickets which differ from the section/place ordered without this being regarded as breach of agreement. If 2 or more tickets are purchased, Euroteam can only guarantee adjacent places for cat. 1 and 2 tickets. Euroteam cannot guarantee that Tickets for cats. 3 or 4 are for adjacent places or that the view is not obstructed.
Euroteam is not always able to inform of changes in the Event programme or content. The Buyer is encouraged to check the event and/or Organiser’s website for changes in the programme or content.
Private buyers can claim a reduction in price in the event of changes in extra services or Ticket category or section/place (in addition to above) or cancellation if the Buyer is entitled to do so according to law, including if the change cannot be accepted without major inconvenience to the Buyer. Euroteam’s only liability towards corporate buyers in the event of such circumstances arising is as stated above.
10. Enquiries and complaints.
Complaints, claims for a refund or notification or pursuance of claims by the Buyer must be sent in writing to Euroteam, preferably in the format specified here: www.euroteam.net/EN/Complaints, within a reasonable period and no later than within 8 weeks after the start of the Event. Euroteam will endeavour to assess and respond to such enquiries within four (4) weeks of receipt, but advises that the response time can be longer for major Events.
11. Force Majeure.
Euroteam cannot be held liable for non-fulfilment of the Agreement as a result of force majeure, i.e. extraordinary circumstances beyond Euroteam’s control:
12. Breach of agreement on the part of the Buyer.
If the Buyer breaches the Agreement, Euroteam can cancel the Agreement with immediate effect. If the Buyer is in breach of the Agreement, Euroteam is entitled to ban the Buyer from future use of www.euroteam.net.
13. Links.
www.Euroteam.net contains links to other websites outside of Euroteam’s control. Please note that Euroteam cannot be held liable for any of these sites.
14. Limitation of liability.
In the event of Euroteam's breach of the agreement, private Buyers can claim under the terms of the guarantee (section 6), or the contractual rights the Buyer has in the event of cancelled, changed or postponed Events (section 9) and to apply any supplementary claims which may be valid in accordance with the law:
In the event of Euroteam's breach of contract, corporate Buyers can claim under the terms of the guarantee (section 6), or the contractual rights corporate buyers may have in the event of cancelled, changed or postponed Events (section 9). This states in full the liability Euroteam has towards the Buyer, and that the Buyer waives the right to apply other sanctions, including a claim for compensation for direct or indirect loss which may be suffered by the Buyer or a third party. Euroteam’s maximum liability in any circumstances (price reduction, compensation or the like) towards such Buyers or third parties cannot exceed 200% of the amount paid for Tickets for which the claim refers to, although such that the liability cannot exceed EUR 200 per Agreement or Buyer:
15. Personal Data Protection declaration.

The purpose of such processing is administration and execution of the Agreement. Accordingly, Euroteam can disclose details to third parties, such as subsuppliers of tickets or extra services.
